“Cascadas 3″ is located at 550 m from the sea shore or, it is within about 7-8 minutes walking distance from the beach and approximately 10 minutes on foot from the central part of the resort. Aqua Park – Sunny Beach is at only 7 minutes on foot.

The construction of the resort began in 1958. Sunny Beach quickly became famous nationally and internationally. Between 1967 and 1999 it hosted the Golden Orpheus International Festival for Popular Song.
