Since 01/02/2009 Galaxy Property Group has started offering the option for an extended payment plan for all new buyers, interested in Royal Sun with the maximum period of 5 years .
The options are as follows:
1. Three-year extension period at 7% annual compensation rate
2. Five-year extension period at 9% annual compensation rate
Main information:
Only the amount to be paid in the extended period is subject to an annual compensation rate
There is no penalty in case of an advanced paying off.
In case of an advanced paying off the remainder of the capital is paid off only, with no accumulation of a compensation rate for the rest of the period.
The buyer is allowed to use the apartment in case of paying 25% of the property price.
In case of paying 25% of the property price a notary transfer of ownership can be done if the buyer pays the full amount of VAT.
